Korff Fix Plus Cold Insulation Rings
High quality cold insulation rings made from machined polyurethane. Fixing solutions for low-temperature, cooling and heating systems. Particularly recommended for rubber insulated systems. Insulation thickness adjusted to the rubber coating dimensions. The ring structure and coating ensures that the insulated system is water vapour diffusion resistant. Rubber-coated ring sides for improved efficiency and tightness during installation. Additional reinforcing plates installed in the insulation insert, significantly increasing its durability and safe distribution of forces acting on the insulation during system operation. The insert is enclosed within a steel ring with a sleeve. The sleeve has a min. 2 metric threads designed to carry loads.

Korff PUR-PIR Cold Insulation Rings
High quality Korff PUR-PIR cold insulation rings made from machined polyurethane. Adaptability to specific dimensions ensures secure fit to every kind of steel ring and other fixing elements. This allows PUR/PIR securing fittings to be used in many different applications. Bespoke ring orders made on request in various options: uncoated (non-laminated), aluminium coated, with load-bearing (reinforcing) plates in the form of split rings or full rings, and with steel clamping. This solution is particularly useful for installing insulation at points in the system where our standard rings cannot be used, when bespoke solutions have to be implemented due to the specificity, technology or location of the insulation. Often applied in the renovation or modernisation of production lines.
