175 Express Cold Insulation Rings

Fixing solutions for low-temperature, cooling and heating systems. Made from closed-cell, high density PUR foam with an integrated galvanised steel clamp fully coated in polyurethane. The integrated hard PUR core and pipe allows for the transfer of high mechanical loads. Installation involves assembly threads mounted to metric and pipe connections. Designed for suspension and support of piping. Ring structure allows for easy and sturdy assembly of system lagging. The entire range of “Express” products has fully incorporated fixing, insulating and ring sealing functions.

170 Express Cold Insulation Rings

185 Express Cold Insulation Rings

171-1 and 171-2 Support structures

Support structures (spacers) designed for use with 170 Ex and 170 FL Type Rings; available in two basic variants: 171/1 (for 170 Ex Rings) and 171/2 (for 170 FL Rings). Also suitable for more extensive projects requiring a larger number of rings alongside each other, e.g.: 171/3, and 171/4, etc. 171 structures are an excellent base for bespoke installation solutions. They can be adjusted for mounting by welding, screw connections, slide connections, and others.
